The rooms and the people
No, complaints. The rooms were clean and intestingly located by Garibaldi Station. This made it convienent to go to other areas. But, the streets lines with idol people and venders made it seem a little uncomfortable if you had never been to Napoli.

This hotel was great - the rooms were clean, the location was very convenient (both for seeing the city and for getting to the train station to go elsewhere) and, most importantly, the staff were fantastic. Gabriele (who looks after the place) and his parents are lovely people who make an effort to help you feel at home. Do not be put off by the front door! This is a real gem - recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the sweet sleep b&b! My room was air conditioned with great wifi connection, a tv,, a little refrigerator and a small balcony. It was a very short walk from the train station and altho it's probably not the best neighborhood in naples it was easy to walk all over the city from here. The best part was the helpfulness and positive attitude of gabriele, and the incredible pastries that his mother made every morning for breakfast. It was the best breakfast i've ever had at a b&b in europe!

A real diamond hidden right in the center of the city in a great location for travelers wishing to explore all of Naples' and its surroundings. 1 minute from Piazza Garibaldi, from where you can easily walk or take a bus to the city itself or take a train to Pompeii, Amalfi, wherever it is you dream to go. The rooms are exceptionally beautifully designed, spacious and have all the facilities, the cleanliness is perfect. The Internet or Wi-fi are always available. The level of comfort makes you feel at home and not in a hotel. The family who run it will take loving care of you and you'll never wish to leave. The breakfast is cooked by the mother and is really delicious (beware of getting fatter:)) Great value for money! I was astonished and delighted to have found this jewel of a hotel and I'm sure to come back.

The hotel is very city and the best for city-traveller, nearby the railway- station and near the old town. The staff is more than friedly and helpful, very familar, homemade products at breakfast and very very kind! I love this hotel. At that time there are workings on the terrasse, but not for a long time. After that this is a wonderful place with a good view.I Will stay in the future in this hotel in naples. Thank you!

The most exceptionally attentive and top-class staff I have ever experienced before. The breakfast is massive with great views and sugary pastries instead of fresh products, as example, there's an option for each taste.

after an Ordeal on arrival from being hit by the scooter bandits . The staff went out of there way to ensure that we were fairly delt with byu the police then when that was taken care of ensured we were well feed and took us on a tour of Napoles by night as by this time it was around midnight. We will be for ever grateful for there concern and hospitality in enabled us to enjoy this eogmatic city with so much to see and feel
The entrance way was at first a bit off putting

Reviews from other visitors mention the cakes for breakfast, and yes, they were excellent. The family who run the bed and breakfast take a lot of care to help guests find their way around, and being right at the edge of the old town, it's easy to return to your room to doze in the hot afternoon. The room was simply furnished, all practical and clean. While I was there, they were making improvements to the sun terrace, with plans for a sauna. Tiles were being laid, and builders were mixing cement at breakfast. This was managed with minimal disturbance for guests, and it should be great when it's finished. Some reviewers are concerned about security in the streets below. So the nervous (and young families) might prefer to avoid. But for most people who don't do anything stupid, there shouldn't be a problem, and the chaos on Neapolitan streets should be part of what you're there to see. Relax and live with it.
Not much. The WiFi signal wasn't strong enough to use in the room. Naples in general doesn't seem to have adopted it yet, so I did without, but you could try the bars in the University area. The management don't speak English, which was a good test for my basic Italian. I'm happy with that, but not everyone will be.

The room was was bright, clean and fresh. It seemed to have been recently renovated. The bed was comfortable as well so we could indeed have a sweet sleep. The location is nice and close to the train station which was perfect as we just spent one overnight during transit.

Helpful staff, good amenities, very good rooms (renovations going on to upgrade the property).
Location close to train station might not please everyone, but it is convenient for transportation.

The perfect place for a family trip! The rooms are spacious, clean, and really secure, so we felt comfortable. The helpful staff went out of their way to assist us, especially when my son left his iPhone behind. Plus, the rooftop jacuzzi was amazing after a busy day exploring Naples.
My kids wished for more storage in the room, like shelves for clothing. It would also be great to have some tea or coffee available in the room for families on the go.
